Chloe Wade

Chloe started with Elders in January 2024 seeking a change after working in the hospitality industry. She specialises in effective communication, attention to detail and is passionate about understanding our client’s needs. With many years of providing exceptional customer service and thorough documentation skills, she is focused on getting to know our clients and exceeding their expectations.

Whilst new to the real estate industry, Chloe is quickly evolving in her role and expanding her knowledge of real estate. Chloe’s responsibilities cover a range of tasks from client liaison, marketing, financial governing to sales and property management administration. She is currently studying to complete Certificate IV in Property Services to broaden her understanding of the real estate industry and become an even bigger asset to the team.

Chloe is the first point of contact in our office, you will be put at ease with her warm and friendly nature upon your initial interaction.
